New Performance Tool 3-in-1 Multi-Cutter.  A great addition to any tool box, and you will use it often.  This tool can cut hoses, soft wire and cable, and a retractable anvil allows boxes and carpet to be cut as well.  We use this tool regularly to cut hoses, heat shrink and boxes.  Although it's designed to cut hoses 1" or less, you can cut a 2" radiator hose with 2 cuts and still get a fairly straight cut.  The razor blades are replaceable.  Replacement blades are ITEM# 124396266959 The warranty of this item is covered directly by the manufacturer with a copy of our receipt.
